Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

We use “NML 10” as well as our own “Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery” (available for download below), and both of these apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptance of these terms is deemed to have occurred when the customer and we, as the supplier, have jointly signed the order confirmation specifying the scope of delivery.
